Casey R. Green personally appeared before me this 17^th day of August, 2005, who being sworn, complains and says; that JAMIN C. WIGHT, in Latah County, State of Idaho, during a period of time from February, 2001, through June, 2002, did then and there commit a crime against the People of the State of Idaho, to-wit: SEXUAL ABUSE OF A CHILD, Idaho Code 18-1506 and LEWD CONDUCT WITH A MINOR UNDER SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE, Idaho Code 18-1508, Idaho Code 18-6608, Felonies in THREE (3) ACTS, committed as follows:

COUNT I

That the Defendant, JAMIN C. WIGHT, on an unknown date during a period of time from February, 2001, through June, 2002, in Moscow City, County of Latah, State of Idaho, being over the age of eighteen years, did unlawfully have sexual contact with [redacted], a minor female child who was fourteen (14) or fifteen (15) years of age at the time, with the intent to gratify the lust or sexual desires of the Defendant, the minor child, or a third party, by touching, on top of or under the clothing, the breast, groin, vagina or buttocks of [redacted] and/or by soliciting [redacted] to touch his penis, on top of or under the clothing.

COUNT II

That the Defendant, JAMIN C. WIGHT, on an unknown date during a period of time from February, 2001, through June, 2002, in Moscow City, County of Latah, State of Idaho, did unlawfully commit an act of oral to genital contact or other lewd and lascivious acts upon or with the body of [redacted] a minor female child who was fourteen (14) or fifteen (15) years of age at the time, and did assist [redacted] in having oral to genital contact with him, all done with the intent to arouse, appeal to, or gratify the lust, passions, or sexual desires of the Defendant, the minor child, or a third party.

COUNT III

That the Defendant, JAMIN C. WIGHT, on an unknown date during a period of time from February, 2001, through June, 2002, in Moscow City, County of Latah, State of Idaho, did unlawfully commit an act of manual to genital contact or other lewd and lascivious acts upon or with the body of [redacted] a minor female child who was fourteen (14) or fifteen (15) years of age at the time, all done with the intent to arouse, appeal to, or gratify the lust, passions, or sexual desires of the Defendant, the minor child, or a third party.

All of which is contrary to the form, force, and effect of the statutes above cited, and against the peace and dignity of the People of the State of Idaho, WHEREFORE complainant REQUESTS a Warrant of Arrest be issued for the person of:

And that the Defendant may be dealt with according to law.
