That the Defendant, JAMIN C. WIGHT, between February, 2001, and June, 2002, in Moscow City, County of Latah, State of Idaho, under circumstances or conditions likely to produce great bodily harm, did willfully cause or permit N.G., a female child under eighteen (18) years of age, whose date of birth is [redacted], to be placed in such situation that her person or health was endangered, by engaging in sexual activities with N.G.
